    Price Match

    We will match any price on any product(s) seen elsewhere on the Internet (UK site ONLY) at a lower price. The following condition apply.

  • Product(s) is not promotional or part of a promotion i.e. Group deals
  • The Product(s) is the same and of a current model and not refurbished

    Purchase Fulfilment

    Upon placing you order payment should be made in full immediately via Barclays secure online payment system. we can also take payment via cheque bank transfer and cash through special delivery. In order to make any of the alternative payments please email us on Customer services : cservices@handtec.co.uk

    Complaint Management

    All complaints made to Handtec are fully resolved within four working days.

    Please note the complaint will be dealt as confidential and will be a priority from the moment we receive your correspondence.

    Delivery

    Next Working Day (UK Only)
    Next working day charges are £5.49 + VAT. If you place your order online before 2.30pm on a working day and you have chosen the Next Working Day delivery option, Handtec is normally able to fulfil and dispatch stock items the same day. Delivery is by Initial City-Link and will be between 9am and 5.30pm on the first working day after dispatch. In some cases delivery will be by Royal Mail Special delivery (Next Day) for smaller items. Availability and stock levels are indicated at the point of sale. The following destination highlighted may take a little longer. You will not be charged any extra for this service

    Delivery (UK Only)
    Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Registered post for £3.49 + VAT. Delivery will normally take 1 to 4 working days from the date of your order.

    If Handtec cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Handtec will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

    Postal charges for Europe are £9.90 + VAT.
    For goods shipped outside the UK it is our policy to seek additional security information for our mutual protection in reducing credit card fraud. After your order is placed we will contact you directly and ask that you provide us with a copy of a recent statement for the credit card used. This can either be scanned and emailed or faxed to +44 (0)1733 568996. This helps to protect both you and us from any fraudulent use of your credit card.

    Delivery Liability
    Initial City-Link - We will endeavour to have your goods to you by next day, however this is governed by Initial City-Link 90% Next day success rate.
    Royal Mail delivery liability is reflected in there terms and conditions that they provide us with.

    Business customers within the EC who are VAT registered are entitled to VAT free sales. You will be required to email us before proceeding with the order form.


    Returns Policy

    You need to return the goods to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Backup your data before you send us anything which contains personal data.
    A return authorisation number is issued for either the credit of, replacement of, or repair of products, please be aware that this returns number is active for a period of fourteen days (two weeks) only.
    IMPORTANT NOTE - If you don't send the products in question back within this timescale then your returns authorisation number will no longer be valid and your products may be rejected.

    non-faulty goods

    You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. You can request to return goods after 7 Days with a 25% restocking fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.

    If it is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging a refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return.

    Please Note: Satellite Navigation Systems should only be used as an Navigational Aid and users should not heavily rely on SatNav systems for routes, speed, highway codes etc. Hence any map discrepancies should be reported to the Map Manufacturer where fixes may be available via updates or anticipated updates. These issues will not be regarded as faults and are not eligible for refunds.

    A Return Authorisation number must be obtained from Customer services : cservices@handtec.co.uk prior to return.

    faulty goods

    If you discover your purchase to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email Customer services : cservices@handtec.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation number. If you discover that your purchase has become faulty after 28 days of purchase, but within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly.

    NOTE: Refunds cannot be made on opened software or for postal charges either for sending or returning goods

    Jurisdiction

    This agreement is governed by English Law and You and We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    Matters beyond our reasonable control

    If We are unable to provide this Service because of something beyond our reasonable control such as technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, natural or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving our employees), We will not be liable for this.
